Rugaval Insertion rubber sheeting is manufactured from a blend of natural and styrene-butadiene rubber (NR / SBR) and CR with an encapsulated double ply cotton reinforcement. The fabric insert helps to prevent stretching and provides additional strength and tear resistance compared to standard commercial quality grades. Insertion rubber is commonly used in general purpose applications and can be purchased by the roll, manufactured into sleeves, or cut to suit your specific requirements into gaskets using our CNC machining technology.Feature:

Cotton inserted sheet is a Neoprene sheet with ply(s) of fabric impregnated in the 

rubber. Cotton inserted sheet material is designed to add stability where mechanical 

fastening isnecessary, and to reduce gasket creep where heavy flange loading is 

required. The ply(s) of fabric help reduce tearing when fastened.

Standard sheet is a made of SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber). EPDM, Nitrile or Neoprene 

would be available based on request. Temperature Range: -20 C to 100 C.
